"Paul Fields and Dan Morgan have been great friends to JP Horizons for many years and always bring insights and inspiration to every event. I’m excited for everyone to meet their leadership team and discover the energy and direction they are establishing for the next 100 years."
Jim Paluch, President, JP Horizons
When Joe Lambert, Sr., founded the company in 1919, Dallas was getting its first traffic lights. World War I had changed the face of Europe, and the industrial revolution was changing the way Americans lived. The first irrigation sprinkler head had just been patented, and the profession of landscape architecture in America was in its infancy.
As Dallas was coming of age, the Lambert brothers launched the city’s first landscape architecture firm. Being of service, giving value, making a difference in the environment—three core values that have not wilted over the course of Lambert’s legacy and history of beautifying landscapes for the people and cities of Dallas, Fort Worth, and beyond, including 38 of 50 states and Jamaica.
Every company in business for decades will have stories of successes, struggles and decisions that had to be made to survive along the way. Lambert’s is no exception and a very authentic and open COO along with a strong and resilient leadership team driving the business today will share the problems that had to be fixed in recent years to survive and make a profit today. The Lambert Team is both ready to tell their story and accept the wise input of their peers at this year’s Face-to-Face experience. Unlike any other in the past, this is a Face to Face you don’t want to miss!
Lambert's scope of services from conceptualization through site construction, maintenance and tree care, enables them to bring continuity to each assignment they undertake and to each client they serve. The entire Lambert’s team takes pride in their customer-first culture providing superior customer service while adhering to the standards and best practices of horticulture. With a passion for the environment they have been organic since the late 80’s and offer the following comprehensive services:
For decades, Lambert’s has set the standard in outstanding landscape projects, designs, restorations and maintenance for civic, commercial and private gardens. They have repeatedly been honored by influential civic and industry peers and leaders in landscape architecture, development, landscape maintenance and related fields for the best in creativity, innovation and sustainability.

My experience at Michael Hatcher and Associates for Face to Face in 2017 was fantastic. JP Horizons did an awesome job making the day fun with learning and sharing. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of that. I look forward to unpacking my notes and pulling out all the info I can - as well as attending more events next year.
